Home staging consultations involve a thorough walk through of the entire property and also cover the curb appeal of the exterior (front and back)
Within 72 hours of the walk through you will be given a recommendation report presenting Staging options - important areas for de-cluttering, de-personalizing specifics, where to concentrate for maximum return, any paint changes or furniture needs, and curb appeal suggestions. The report will clearly identify the priorities depending on how much you want Staging to work for you in increasing the value of your house.
You can choose a level of staging you feel comfortable with - balancing the time and money spent on the desired return for your investment.

Design and Shine will come to your house for a 2 hour consultation and help you come up with some new ideas. Once you have a vision in mind you can either choose to do the job yourself or hire Design and Shine to do the leg work - shopping, collecting paint chips, contacting suppliers etc
